All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing

All prices are in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require advance notice and may be subject to additional terms and pricing.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Pickup

Pickup orders must be collected during business hours. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation.

5. Product Quality

Our products are made fresh to order using quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
  • Proper storage is the customer's responsibility after delivery/pickup
  • We cannot guarantee product quality if storage instructions are not followed

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles common allergens including:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Gluten
  • Soy

Cross-contamination may occur. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
